Another intriguing situation occurred when we came across a normal but peculiar object in a client's basement in the Phinney Ridge area of Seattle. It was an refrigerator, without any contents, and it was secured to the floor and could not be moved. After doing some reasearch, and the lucky find of a "key" we discovered it was a hidden door to an underground bunker stocked with survivalist items. Of all things to find in a house on Phinney Ridge we did not expect to find a survivalist bunker. Wine cellar, safe, large closet for massive amounts of clothing, yes, but not a survivalist bunker built below the foundation. I must say we did pause for a moment before looking into the space...we were happy to only find items to survive a future zombie apocolypse.
